Shipping and Returns



Items will go out for delivery the following business day after purchase. All orders will be delivered via BPO (Bermuda Post Office) Local Parcel. The exception is COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. For COD orders, once your items are packaged and ready, we will call you to arrange hand delivery.


We ship all over the world. Items will be shipped the following business day after purchase. All orders ship via BPO (Bermuda Post Office) Airmail .   Unfortunately there is no tracking for this method of shipping.  You can however select DATA EXPRESS at checkout, which is a minimum of $25(TRACKED BUT CAN TAKE 5-7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY). If you require expedited shipping or insurance please contact us with your request, and get we will get back to you with a quote.

 Once items have shipped, please allow 7-10 days for the items to reach your destination.  Please also note, that in some cases international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped, since they pass through customs (beyond our control).

Orders shipped outside of Bermuda may be subject to local duties and tax charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order.

While we cannot be held responsible for items damaged while in transit with the BPO, if your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately at  We will be happy to replace any damaged items provided that they are reported within 2 days of delivery.

Lost packages, while usually rare, do happen on occasion and will be handled on a case by case basis. Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us, so that we can rectify the issue.  We want to please our customers, and will resolve any issues that may arise fairly and promptly.

Returns and Refunds

*We offer a 60 day (no questions asked) return policy. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return items to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund
