Shipping Information Within the United States
Our shipping options within the United States are:

Basic Shipping (free for orders over $99) – The shipping time is 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping –The shipping time is 2-4 business days depending on where you are in the country.
Guaranteed Two Day Shipping – The shipping time is guaranteed two business days anywhere in the country.
Guaranteed Next Day Shipping – The shipping time is guaranteed next business day anywhere in the country.
Please be aware not all services may be available for your particular order.
For Expedited or either of the Guaranteed Services, we promise to process your shipment the day you order, if ordered before noon AST on a working day.
If ordered after 12 pm we guarantee to process your order the next working day (and sometimes we can get it done same day!).
We currently offer free basic shipping within the United States, on orders over $99.00.
Our shipping options to the rest of the world are
Basic Shipping – Only available to select countries – The shipping time is 14 to 25 days.
Standard Shipping – The shipping time is 7-10 days anywhere in the world (although sometimes packages can get stuck in customs and take longer).
Expedited Shipping – The shipping time is 7-10 days anywhere in the world (although sometimes packages can get stuck in customs and take longer).
Please be aware not all services may be available for your particular order.
For Expedited services, we promise to process your shipment by the end of the next working day (and sometimes we can get it done same day!).
Note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local duties and tax charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customers.

Wizdom Naturals is not responsible for any associated import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
Accidents do happen! If your order arrived damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged items and packaging to info@wizdomnaturals.com.
 We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost to you. If an item is missing from your order please email us at info@wizdomnaturals.com
and we would be happy to assist.
Refunds and Replacements
At Wizdom Naturals, providing the highest quality products to our customers is our passion and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do.
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return items to us within 60 days of purchase for either a full refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any original shipping costs and customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5002 Elm St Beaufort SC, 29833. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a
trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied
to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items; or a replacement item will be shipped. Opened or used items may receive a partial refund.
